Application Process: 1)Photo ID, SS Card, date of birth of all people in household, 2) proof of all income sources including food stamps, social security, unemployment, families first/child support, pension, student loans, etc for the last 30 days, 3) Bring ALL bills. Utilities, car payments, phone, credit card bill, etc. We must see lease/mortgage statement with landlord's name and correct mailing address and phone number 4)FOR MEDICINES: Bring all the above plus the prescription or bottle showing a refill.
