Community Living and recovery. Daily theraputic treatment and psychiatric rehabilitation services, educational and vocational support, work readiness, finances, and direct support. Residents live in apartments or townhomes.
Requirements
Men and women ages 18 to 65 with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorder, and/or intellectual/development disabilities who may also have been afflicted by severe trauma.
